Over 900 women from across the Negros Oriental-Siquijor Mission gathered for a day of thanksgiving and spiritual renewal on Dec. 8, 2024, at Convention Center, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City.
Themed “With Our Strength, We Testify,” this gathering brought together delegates from 21 districts spanning Canlaon to Basay.
Arriving early, most women traveled for several hours to join the event. Yet, their eagerness didn’t wear out their enthusiasm to meet the rest of the women attending the celebration. Smiles, hugs, and joyful chatter filled the air as delegates connected, united by their shared mission to testify of God’s goodness.
The event officially opened with a musical presentation by Districts 14 and 6, setting the tone for a day of worship and thanksgiving.
The grand entrance of districts, wherein women from District 1 to District 21 marched one by one, was spectacular. They dressed in vibrant pastel and floral dresses, representing their districts with joy and symbolizing the unity and diversity within the NSM.
