Central Philippine Union Conference celebrates the success of Adventist institutions and their graduates in the Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE), as reported by the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC), on May 14, 2025.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 6,935 out of 10,770 passed the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in 18 testing centers all over the Philippines.
The CPUC extends its warmest congratulations to the following Adventist institutions for being recognized as Top Performing Schools in the category for institutions with 50-99 examinees who achieved a passing percentage of at least 85%:
- Central Philippine Adventist College (CPAC): As an institution under the CPUC, Central Philippine Adventist College garnered a passing rate of 96.36%, placing 7th in this category.
- Mountain View College (MVC): With a remarkable passing rate of 98.81%, Mountain View College is ranked 2nd in this category.
- Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP): Achieving a passing rate of 98.25%, the Adventist University of the Philippines is ranked 5th in this category.
Furthermore, the CPUC proudly recognizes the individual excellence of Julia Leri Marie Parulan Sausa for achieving the 7th Place among the top 10 highest places in the May 2025 NLE. Her success speaks of her prayers, dedication, and the quality education and training the AUP has provided to its students.
These consistent, outstanding NLE performances, including the achievements of topnotchers like Sausa, serve as clear evidence of the high standards of Christian education upheld by these Adventist institutions. These achievements embody their commitments to comprehensive, Christ-centered programs to effectively prepare students for academic excellence, equipping them to make a meaningful difference in their communities and beyond.
Pastor Eliezer “Joer” Barlizo Jr., the CPUC president, together with the administrators, officers, and staff, extend their warm congratulations to all successful examinees, faculty, and staff from CPAC and these two other Adventist institutions!
“May you be the healing and comforting hand that God wants you to be—a source of blessings to everyone around you. May your lives, as instruments of God, serve as a heavenly guide for those who are physically ill and in despair,” Barlizo said.
The entire CPUC family joins in celebrating this achievement and prays that their path ahead continues to be a prayerful journey, guided by God’s grace!
They all say, “Congratulations! We are proud of you.”
